We serve buyers globally, with a focus on North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—supplying wholesalers and manufacturers seeking consistent, reliable supply.

What quality standards do you follow?

  • Shea Butter: 1 Metric Ton (MT)
  • Dried Hibiscus Flowers: 1 MT

How do I place an order?

  2. Receive a proforma invoice with product details, pricing, and terms.
  3. Confirm the order and arrange payment. We begin shipping preparation once payment terms are met.
What payment methods do you accept?

Bank Transfer (SWIFT), Letter of Credit (LC), and other arrangements depending on contract size and buyer preference.

How long does shipping take?

Sea freight: 4–6 weeks on average. Air freight (urgent orders): 7–10 days on average. Shipments typically depart via Lagos (Apapa) or Kaduna Inland Dry Port, depending on logistics.

Can I request samples before bulk purchase?

Yes. We provide paid samples (cost + shipping) so you can verify quality before confirming a larger order.

What documents are provided with shipments?
